This project encompassed a range of services aimed at both interior and exterior renovations of a quick service restaurant. The scope of work included interior and exterior demolition, followed by the installation of steel framing. We also handled the interior doors, including frames and hardware. For the ceilings, we put in an acoustical ceiling grid and tiles in the front of the house area. Additionally, our team managed the counter tops and completed a subcontract for drywall installation, as well as the application of fiberglass reinforced panels (FRP). The project involved both interior and exterior painting, the installation of restroom accessories, and the placement of furnishings such as seating and decor.
