This project involved the expansion and renovation of an office space to accommodate growing operational needs. The scope of work included the addition of 3,500 sq. ft. of new office space and the complete remodeling of restrooms and a locker room.

Our services encompassed interior demolition, followed by the installation of light gauge metal framing, drywall, and painting. We installed acoustical ceiling grids and tiles, ensuring optimal sound control. The flooring scope included luxury vinyl tile (LVT), carpet tile, ceramic tile, and epoxy finishes. Additionally, we handled millwork installation and the setup of restroom accessories to enhance functionality and aesthetics.
